★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini Sabtu, 11 Jan 20 merupakan hari pertama dan terakhit saya berbelanja di Mitra 10 kedungdoro surabaya. Karena pelayanannya SANGAT JELEK. Jika Mitra 10 tidak melakukan perombakan secara TOTAL tentang SDM nya, saya yakin dan percaya sebentar lagi perusahaan ini hanya tinggal nama.
Today is Saturday, 11 Jan 20, the first and last day I shop at Mitra 10 Kedungdoro Surabaya. Because the service is VERY BAD. If Partner 10 does not make a TOTAL overhaul of its HR, I am sure and believe that soon the company will only have a name.

Saya saudara dari Narhepi bagian spv customer service karyawan mitra10 pamulang yang sudah keluar pada tanggal 16 sept 2020.
Narhepi sudah keluar dari mitra10 pamulang dan menyelesaikan form exit clear pada tanggal 16 September 2020 yang sudah di serahkan ke HRD bpk Dede Nurdiansyah. Sekarang tanggal 31 des 2020 jadi sudah 3 bulan lebih,
Surat pencairan bpjs TK nya belum selesai dan di terima oleh narhepi.
Karyawan butuh kepasatian bpk ibu. Sudah 3 bulan lebih belum selesai juga.
Bagaimana bisa perusahaan sebesar ini pengelolaan managementnya kurang di hal ini menurut saya.
Mohon konfirmasi nya dan penjelasannya.

I am a brother from Narhepi, SPV, customer service for Mitra10 Pamulang employees who left on 16 September 2020.
Narhepi has left Pamulang Partners and completed the clear exit form on September 16, 2020 which has been submitted to HRD, Mr. Dede Nurdiansyah. Now the 31st December 2020 has been over 3 months,
The TKB bpjs disbursement letter has not been completed and has been received by Narhepi.
Employees need your satisfaction. It's been 3 months and not finished either.
How can a company of this size lack the management of this in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu satpam kantornya ramah tapi kyknya milih2 tamu dari penampilan luar. Kl sekiranya ga proper berdasarkan penglihatannya, ya nunggu di tempat istirahat karyawan padahal tamu urusannya sama level manajemen atas dan sudah ngelakuin prokes kyk cuci tangan sama cek suhu.
One of the office security guards is friendly but seems to be picky about guests from outward appearances. If it's not proper based on his vision, then wait at the employee's rest area even though the guest has the same business as the upper management level and has done procedures such as washing hands and checking the temperature.
