★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually came and order several building supplies and materials here, however if you are in my situation that needed super fast response, Mitra10 need to improve a lot.
Especially comparing to another mega building supermarket..
At the time I need only 2 boxes of a specific brand and type of granite tile, and after contacted this store via WhatsApp, it said available at store and I can pick it up directly..
I arrived at 7 pm at night, going to the store and apparently I have to wait for about 1/2 hour for the staff to come to the warehouse and pick the tiles that I needed. I already contacted them at 5 pm, so why don't they prepared it while waiting for my arrival. A bit dissapointed, especially after receiving much better service from your competition initiated D
