But the Service desk at front doesnt really helpfull since they dont really know about the products so they can not give good suggestion or recomendation to the customers who needed much informations about your products. You really need to upgrade the service desk for their product knowledge and sevices. Also it takes too long to delivered the product evethough we already pay for it. I have 2 times experienced being not delivered at the day l paid it and they delivered it on the next day. Its very unfair, they should tell me at the beginning if they can not shift it so l dont have to pay immediately. When l pay it l want it to get delivered as soon as possible. If you cant delivered it on time you need to tell me and promise me when ?!
