★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blm pernah kesini sih tapi sdh pernah bicara dgn cs utk konfirmasi hadiah. Ada mbak ifa, mbak tyas, mbak nisa, semua baik&ramah. Smg dgn adanya kritikan dibawah, redbox bs memperbaiki diri menjadi lebih baik, lbh maju dan amanah. Nanti sy balik lagi kalo hadiah sudah nyampe?
 I have never been here before but have never talked to cs to confirm the prize. There are Ms. Ifa, Ms. Tyas, Ms. Nisa, all are kind & friendly. With the criticism below, Redbox can improve itself to be better, more advanced and trustworthy. I'll return later when the gift arrives?

Pelayanannya sangat baik. Baru mau parkir saja sudah disambut dengan senyuman oleh seorang bapak penjaga keamanan yang membantu. Dipersilakan masuk dengan sopan.
Ruang tunggunya sangat nyaman. Tempat duduknya memadai dan ada minuman yang disuguhkan.
Singkat, padat, jelas. Tidak pakai bertele-tele, urusan kelar.

Memang hanya disediakan ruang tunggu kecil. Namun cukup nyaman untuk menunggu proses administrasi klaim hadiah yang tidak terlalu lama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bagus dan menyenangkan, desain interiornya juga bagus. Kebetulan tempat ini dipakai oleh kantor kami untuk pengundian salah satu program kantor. Terdapat hall kecil yg nyaman, cukup buat 20 - 30 orang. Mungkin beberapa perusahaan sudah sangat familiar dengan tempat ini. Tempat parkirnya meskipun tidak terlalu luas tapi cukup nyaman. Lokasi di sekitar benhil juga membuat lingkunganbya sejuk dan nyaman.
The place is nice and fun, the interior design is also good. Incidentally, this place is used by our office to draw one of the office programs. There is a small cozy hall, enough for 20-30 people. Maybe some companies are very familiar with this place. The parking space, although not too large, is quite comfortable. The location around Benhil also makes the environment cool and comfortable.
