★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for 6 months and it's fabulous! Ada 5 lantai dengan banyak pilihan kamar, ada yang kamar mandi luar & kamar mandi dalam. Harga mulai dari 1,3juta/bulan dengan fasilitas kamar AC, meja ambalan, lemari, kasur+bantal guling, wifi, kabel tv parabola, laundry per hari, dapur+kulkas+peralatan sharing, parkir motor didalam. Penjaga sigap & ibu kost ramah, sayangnya selalu penuh sehingga sering menolak calon penghuni baru.
 Been here for 6 months and it's fabulous! There are 5 floors with a large selection of rooms, there are outdoor bathrooms & bathrooms. Prices start from 1.3 million / month with AC room facilities, shelves, cabinets, mattresses + bolsters, wifi, satellite tv cable, laundry per day, kitchen + fridge + sharing equipment, parking motor inside. Sprightly guards & friendly boarding mothers, unfortunately always full so often reject prospective new occupants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas mau keluar dari kosan, ada teman datang buat bantuin angkat barang di suruh jangan lama2. Saya angkatnya dari lantai 4 jelas lama dan di pack biar gak terlalu banyak krn barang saya lumayan banyak dan harus bolak balik, tetap aja ditungguin kayak orang mau ngapain aja. Pengembalian deposit lumayan lama nunggunya :)
When I want to get out of the boarding house, a friend comes to help pick up the goods at the order not long. I picked it up from the 4th floor obviously long ago and it wasn't packaged too much because my stuff was quite a lot and I had to go back and forth, just keep waiting like people want to do. Deposit returns pretty long waiting for him :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Murah,,tapi pelayanan gak bagus,sering terjadi keributan,,selalu menyalahkan penghuni,,penjaga kos sering pergi2 keluar,,masang lampu harus sendiri,,penjaga kos males,,alesan takut ketinggian,,klo malem gas sama air habis,,penjaga kos tidak mau Urus,,,plus berisik banget d bawah penjaga kos sering buat keributan,,sudah sering complain malah menyalahkan penghuni
Cheap,, but the service is not good, there are often commotions,, always blame the residents,, the boarding housekeeper often goes out,, must install the lights alone,, the boarding housekeeper is lazy,, the reason is afraid of heights,, at night the gas and water run out,, the guard The boarding house doesn't want to take care of it,,, plus it's really noisy under the boarding housekeeper who often makes a fuss, has often complained instead blaming the residents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini nganterin temen saya pindahan kesini. Tapiiiii peraturannya ga boleh nerima tamu, even sama2 cewek. Nunggu di lobby aja ga boleh, harus pake swab segala. Padahal saya dari Jakarta juga. Padahal mau bantu beres2 temen saya. Apa setiap tamu harus swab?? Foto saya nunggu ngemper diluar jam 07.30.
Today my friend moved here. But the rules are not allowed to accept guests, even with girls. You can't just wait in the lobby, you have to use a swab. Even though I'm from Jakarta too. Even though I want to help my friends clean up. Does every guest have to swab?? My photo is waiting to hang outside at 07.30.
