★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli barang Inpods i12, pas diterima hanya earphone sebelah kanan yg lampu nya menyala dan berfungsi (keluar suara). Yang sebelah kiri tidak menyala lampu nya dan tidak juga berfungsi. Sudah mengajukan keluhan via WA Minibest Official juga Chat di Toko Shopee nya, malah lambat respon dan tidak ada win win solusi. Tolong bagaimana meyakinkan pembeli jika service dan produknya saja bermasalah.
I bought Inpods i12, when I received it, only the right earphone had the light on and it worked (sound came out). The one on the left doesn't light up and doesn't work. Already filed a complaint via WA Minibest Official as well as Chat at the Shopee Store, even the response is slow and there is no win win solution. Please how to convince the buyer if the service and product only have problems.
