★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat tunggu bagus pakai ac dan televisi namun pelayanannya sangat buruk. Karyawannya minta tip tapi dengan cara sedikit memaksa dan uang kecil yg dimobil saya hilang. Kapok cuci disini, padahal pertama buka pelayanannya bintang lima tapi sekg menurun jauh. (2019.10.27)
The waiting area is good with AC and television but the service is very poor. The employee asked for a tip but in a way forced me a little and lost the small money in my car. Kapok washes here, even though the first time it opened was a five-star service, but it has declined far. (2019.10.27)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucian murah hasil cucian sangat bersih, karyawan ramah, terdapat musholla fasilitas ruang tunggu nyaman dilengkapi pendingin ruangan, televisi dengan saluran luar negeri, jaringan Wifi serta aneka pilihan menu minuman dan makanan. Tetapi untuk masuk area cucian apabila menggunakan mobil "long whell base" seperti pajero atau hilux harus mengambil ancang2 sedikit melebar karena posisi masuk agak serong / patah dari jalan raya.
