★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ongklok noodle is good. Have a lot of vegetable in it but somewhat not so visible in your mouth. The beef satay is tasty, easy to chew (not really sure how to describe it). The price is pretty cheap. The place is not so clean as other street food you found in Indonesia. But the kitchen is separated from the consumer which is unique. Overall, good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said about 20 years of experience doing the cooking for only two receipts: mie ongklok and satay. Yadi is their father. They name after their father name. I met his son, a prodigy of this resto. It like udon in Kagawa, but a taste so Indonesia. I have eaten it twice. The size of bowl is fair. Affordable. My children love the taste. You can pick either spicy or not. The beverages is just plain: ice tea and ice orange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food to try during your stay in Wonosobo area. It called Mie Ongklok (Ongklok noodle). Ongklok is referring to the way the noodle is cook.
The noodle comes standard with vegetables such as tofu, chives, mustard greens, etc. Standard Ongklok noodles come without meat.
As for the meat, you can order a beef satay as extra condiment to your noodle. The broth is thick, they probably use sago and I found no trace of MSG.
If you like it spicy, they can make fresh chili paste to your liking (how spicy that you like).
It's very rich in taste and delicious.
