Mengenai higienitas, hmm.. adonan yang hampir jadi lalu diinjak-injak dengan kaki telanjang oleh bapak-bapak bertelanjang dada, so what do you expect? TAPI saya sih tak masalah, toh nanti mie lethek ini akan dimasak dengan air mendidih. Malah saya kepingin banget menikmati masakan mie lethek ini.
