★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu mie Yamien ter-best di BOGOR. Tekstur mie kenyal dengan rasa gurih yang bikin nagih, dipadu dengan daging ayam potong yang ngebalance manisnya.
Belom lagi elemen pendukungnya yang sangat pas. Mulai dari sambal buatan sendiri yang ngasih rasa pedas yang pas, sampai dengan kuah kaldu ayam yang cocok banget untuk kalian yang sedang capek ataupun tidak enak badan. Buat saya, ini selalu menjadi go to food setiap kali tenggorokan terasa mulai tidak enak.
Selain mie utama, pastikan juga mencoba pangsit kuahnya yang lembut. Tekstur dan rasanya tidak akan bisa kalian temukan di restoran lain di BOGOR.
Kalau ingin snack yang gurih, beberapa kantong pangsit goreng juga bisa jadi cemilan yang bakal bikin mulut nga bisa berhenti ngunyah.
One of the best Yamien noodles in BOGOR. The texture of the noodles is chewy with a savory taste that makes you crave, combined with sliced chicken meat that balances the sweetness.
Not to mention the supporting elements are very fitting. Starting from the homemade chili sauce that gives the right spicy taste, to the chicken broth which is perfect for those of you who are tired or not feeling well. For me, this is always the go to food whenever my throat starts to feel bad.
Apart from the main noodles, be sure to also try the soft soup dumplings. You will not find the texture and taste in other restaurants in BOGOR.
If you want a savory snack, a few bags of fried dumplings can also be a snack that will make your mouth unable to stop chewing.
