Pukul 12:53 WIB siang yang tidak begitu terik & keinginan makan siang harus segera ditunaikan ketimbang sakit maag. Penghujung Juli saat dompet menyisakan banyak struk & nota belanja ketimbang lembaran uang. Semoga angin segar Agustus segera berembus. "Tanpa MSG. Banyakin sawi hijau. Satu porsi. Makan di sini". Setelah makan satu buah bolu kukus & tempe tepung, segelas jeruk hangat saya susulkan. Warung yang berbentuk los-memanjang tidak begitu luas, dengan tiga buah meja panjang serta beberapa kursi plastik. Beratapkan "seng" yang bikin suasana makan tambah "kemringet". Terlihat, "Wah". Semangkuk mie ayam dengan porsi isian (hampir) penuh. Isian sawi hijau, mi, potongan daging ayam lengkap dengan kuah kaldu. Saya tambahkan, "Wah", lagi. Setelah saya lihat satu toples penuh rajangan daun bawang segar pada tiap meja. Langsung saya tambahkan sebagai taburan, segera. Mie setengah matang, masih tercecap rasa tepung di dalamnya. Dengan rasa tawar & meninggalkan sedikit rasa asam pada lidah sebagai "after taste" - nya. Sawi hijau masih terasa renyah saat digigit. Namun kuah kaldu kurang berasa nendang, semua rasa---asin, manis, gurih terasa nanggung hampir tidak ada yang dominan dengan warna cokelat terang. Saya tambahkan daun bawang banyak banyak "malah" membuat citra rasa pahit yang dominan---mendadak bikin kenyang. Terakhir, tambahkan sambal uleg dua sendok teh yang hanya memberikan sedikit rasa pedas, aroma kecut & sedikit asam pada mie ayam yang menyisakan ¼ mangkuk. Potongan daging ayam yang kecil-kecil dengan rasa dominan manis, disusul gurih seperti mi ayam pada umumnya---belum ada yang istimewa. Saya berikan bintang empat untuk harga Rp. 7000.- seporsi. Rate harga minuman Rp. 2000-Rp.5000 serta keramahan penjualnya, walaupun sendiri semangkuk mie ayam langsung terhidang tidak begitu lama. Gratis untuk anak yatim, piatu, yatim & piatu.

A bowl of chicken noodles (almost) full. Green mustard filling, noodles, chicken pieces complete with broth. I added, "Whoa," again. After I saw a jar full of chopped fresh green onions on each table. I immediately add it as a topping, immediately. Half-cooked noodles, still have a taste of flour in it. With a bland taste & leaving a slightly sour taste on the tongue as an "after taste". Mustard greens are still crispy when bitten. However, the broth lacks a kicking taste, all flavors - salty, sweet, savory taste bear, almost nothing is dominant with the light brown color. I add a lot of green onions "instead" making the image of the dominant bitter taste --- suddenly makes me full. Finally, add two teaspoons of sambal uleg which only gives a slightly spicy, sour & slightly sour aroma to the chicken noodles which leaves ¼ of the bowl. Small pieces of chicken with a predominantly sweet taste, followed by savory chicken noodles in general --- nothing special yet. I give four stars for the price of Rp. 7000.- a serving. The drink price rate is Rp. 2000-Rp.5000 as well as the friendliness of the seller, even though a bowl of chicken noodles was immediately served, it didn't take too long. Mie ayam ini sudah langganan saya dari kecil, rasanya masih enak tidak ada pernah berubah. Tekstur mie nya kenyal karena buatan sendiri. Harganya murah dan penyajiannya cepat. Kalau lagi pulang kampung ke Jogja pasti selalu sempatkan mampir ke Mie ayam ini ??
My chicken noodle has been subscribed to by me, it still tastes good, it never changes. The texture of the noodles is chewy because it's homemade. The price is cheap and the presentation is fast. If you return to Jogja, you will always stop by this chicken noodle ??
