★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first encounter with the Mie Ayam was owe by the long line of people waiting to be served by Pak Kun. It turns out as it advertised, it was so delicious.
Pak Kun himself said that, every bit of the Mie Ayam was made by himself. No preservatives and it always fresh as it serve.
The taste of the ayam kecap (sweet soy sauce chicken) is mild, and every bowl serves Pak Kun will put the ayam generously. The texture of the noodle is spot on, not too chewy but not too soft either, it just right. The most important condiment in almost every Indonesian food is the sambal, Pak Kun made the sambal quite bold, it is punchy yet it is still edible. Every bowl of Mie Ayam will be accompanied by the cracker as the condiment, it is crunchy and it gives you a playful in our mouth.
I like to have it all in my bowl, mixed. But it is totally find if you would more prefer to have it separately. It will do, and always perfect.

the noodle for me taste nothing special. I mean, I've tested chicken noodle with better taste. They make their own noodle. You can choose to add pangsit, or without it. Then the chicken, they cook it with salty taste.
Well, overall, it's okey..
