★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baso Jaya 81 area parkirnya tak terlalu luas, parkir berbayar ada tukang parkirnya. Area masak ada di bagian depan, sedangkan area makan ada di bagian belakang, cukup luas memanjang ke dalam. Menu utama yang disediakan mie ayam & bakso. Saya order 1 bakso komplit dan 1 es jeruk total seharga Rp 27.000. Baksonya terasa terlalu banyak tepung, tak terasa dagingnya. Kuahnya kental tapi kurang gurih. Sawinya masih keras, kurang matang. Es jeruknya terasa pakai jeruk yang agak busuk. Overall: 6/10, bad experience walaupun tempat luas & cukup nyaman namun rasa jauh dari enak. Dari segi pelayanan kurang ramah walaupun cukup cepat dan harganya standard pasaran.
Baso Jaya 81 parking area is not too wide, paid parking has a parking attendant. The cooking area is at the front, while the dining area is at the back, wide enough to extend inward. The main menu provided chicken noodles & meatballs. I ordered 1 complete meatball and 1 orange ice for a total of IDR 27,000. The meatballs tasted too much flour, no meat tasted. The gravy is thick but not tasty. The mustard is still hard, not ripe. The orange ice tasted like a slightly rotten orange. Overall: 6/10, bad experience even though the place is spacious & quite comfortable but the taste is far from good. In terms of service, it is not friendly even though it is quite fast and the price is market standard.
