Daerah bumirejo, wahyuharjo, srikayangan, setuju nggak sih kalo dikasih nama sentra mie ayam? Secara jalan sepanjang cangaan - tugu pensil, banyak banget warung mie ayam. Ada kali tiap 200 meter nemu mie ayam bakso. Ada mie ayam thole, mie ayam rica mbak ana, cak man, bang ali, medi, estu echo, pak muh, pak Ngun, mas arif, mbak hana, mas bro, mas yudi, apalagi ya mamin lupa. (Eh itu tadi nama2 beneran ada warungnya ya, ngga ngaco ?) Yang jelas banyak banget..
Kali ini nyobain mie ayam ceker mbak nur. Tipikal mie nggak gede dan nggak kecil. Potongan ayam gede, kuahnya kentel, rasa manis gurih, ceker mlutruk. Tipe mie ayam kampung sangat melekat. Buat yang suka mie ayam tipe Manis kaya mamin, ini ENAK.

There are thole chicken noodles, rica chicken noodles, Ms. Ana, Cak Man, Bang Ali, Medi, Estu Echo, Mr. Muh, Mr. Ngun, Mr. Arif, Ms. Hana, Mr. Bro, Mr. Yudi, what's more, I forgot. (Eh, those are the real names of the stalls, aren't they funny ) Obviously, there are a lot of them..
This time, I tried the chicken claw noodles, Ms. Nur. Typical noodles are not big and not small. Big chunks of chicken, thick gravy, sweet and savory taste, mlutruk claws. The type of native chicken noodle is very attached. For those who like sweet type of chicken noodles like mamin, this is delicious.
