★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelar ngopi, lanjuuut cari makaan. Kepengen banget makan mie ayam yang pedes gituu, sepertinya bakal menggugah selera nyaaammmm. Ga jauh dari tempat sebelumnya, kita mampir ke Mie Ayam Uleg ini di Jalan Tawes 1A, Rawamangun. Gampangnya siih kalo mau kesini kalian ke arah komplek perhubungan naah nanti pas depan gapuranya itu belok ke kiri deeh (kalo dari jalan alu-alu) atau belok kanan (kalo dari jalan layur), luruus sedikit aja ada di sebelah kiri tempatnya. Tempatnya semacam di terasan rumah gitu dan ada beberapa tempat makan lainnya juga. Parkir motor bisa ko dan kalo parkir mobil bisa juga, asalkan melipir banget jangan sampe ganggu jalanan dan rumah sebelahnya aja.
Disini kita pesan Mie Ayam Cabe Uleg level 2 dan Mie Ayam Yamin Cabe Uleg level 5 (12k/porsi). Serupa tapi tak sama, untuk yang bukan yamin, mereka ini menggunakan kuah kuning gitu pada mie ayamnya sedangkan yang yamin yaa ga pake kuah dan tentunya manis pedes jadinya. Oohh iya belum cerita yang si uleg-kan cabenya. Jadi disini kita bisa pilih beberapa level dan levelnya itu menentukan banyaknya si cabe yang akan di uleg di mangkuk kalian dan tidak di kenakan biaya tambahan jika kalian request level 10 sekalipun (tapi kalo pas harga cabe mahal tentunya akan di sesuaikan lah).
Dari segi rasa, menurut kita ini mie ayamnya enaaak dan oke, apalagi mengingat harganya yang sangaat muraaahhh. Porsinya juga cukuuup, lumayaan lah buat ganjel perut sementara. Tekstur mienya yang tipe kenyal gitu ya gengss, kalo kita lebih suka yang yamin ya gengss jadi sensasinya lebih dapet gituu manis pedes nyaammm. Oohh iya hampir kelupaan, mereka juga ada toppinhnya lhooo, seperti telur puyuh, bakso dan ceker. Tapi kita ga pake karna yaa lagi ga kepengen aja.

After coffee, then looking for food. I really want to eat spicy chicken noodles, it looks like it's going to tempt the taste buds. Not far from where we were before, we stopped by Mie Ayam Uleg on Jalan Tawes 1A, Rawamangun. It's easy, if you want to come here, you go to the transportation complex, then right in front of the gate, turn left (if from the pestle road) or turn right (if from the road), just a little straight to the left of the place. The place feels like home and there are several other places to eat too. You can park your motorbike and you can park your car too, as long as it's really close, so you don't disturb the street and the house next to it.
Here we order the level 2 Cabe Uleg Chicken Noodle and the 5 level Uleg Cabe Yamin Chicken Noodle (12k/portion). Similar but not the same, for those who are not yamin, they use yellow sauce like that on the chicken noodles, while those who are yamin don't use gravy and of course it's sweet and spicy. Oohh, yes, I haven't told the story about the chili. So here we can choose several levels and the level determines the amount of chili that will be pounded in your bowl and no additional fees are charged if you request level 10 though (but if the price of chili is expensive, of course it will be adjusted).
In terms of taste, we think this chicken noodle is delicious and okay, especially considering the price is very cheap. The portion is also quite enough, it's good for a temporary stomach upset. The texture of the noodles is that of a chewy type, guys, if we prefer the spicy one, guys, so the sensation is more sweet, spicy, and spicy. Oooh, I almost forgot, they also have toppings, like quail eggs, meatballs and claws. But we don't use it because we don't want it anymore.
