★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya tak jauh dari rumahku, seberang rumah temen ortuku,sebelah toko buah². Bolak balik pesan yamin ayam baso urat. Sampe mas²nya hapal. Kadang² aku klo ikut mood pesannya baso urat kuah pake bihun mie kuning. Aku selalu pesen baso urat karna bener² daging dan urat dikunyah tidak terasa ladanya, nah baso halus aku kurang suka pas digigit/kunyah rasa ladanya terlalu nendang (persepsi masing² dasar pengalaman masing²) ?
Oya aku juga suka pesan sop buah (naga,alpukat,nangka,blewah/melon,serutan kelapa). Selama PPKM berlangsung, diharapkan selalu setelah makan lalu bayar dan tidak berlama²,mohon dimengerti. Jam 9 malam warung baso ini tutup, buka jam 10 / 11 pagi. Selamat nyerupuuut ?
The place is not far from my house, across from my parents' friend's house, next to a fruit shop. Back and forth, order Yamin Chicken Baso Urat. Until you know it. Sometimes, when I'm in the mood, I order meatball with veins in gravy with yellow noodle vermicelli. I always order meatballs with veins because the meat and tendons that are chewed don't taste peppery, now the smooth meatballs I don't like when I bite/chew the taste of the pepper is too kicking (each perception is based on each experience)
Anyway, I also like to order fruit soup (dragon, avocado, jackfruit, cantaloupe/melon, coconut shavings). During PPKM, it is hoped that after eating and paying and not taking too long, please understand. At 9 pm this baso stall closes, opens at 10 / 11 am. Happy sipping
