★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara rasa resto ini sebenarnya cukup baik dan berkualitas, tapi dari sisi pelayanan terhadap konsumen rasanya di sinilah salah satu tempat pengalaman terburuk saya dalam mencicipi hidangan kuliner.
Kurangnya etika dalam melayani pelanggan yang bisa saja dalam kondisi yang sangat memerlukan informasi & interaksi lebih lanjut membuat selera makan saya & keluarga sedikit terganggu.
Semoga kritik ini bisa didengar & dijadikan bahan masukan untuk mengambil langkah perbaikan ke depannya.
 In terms of taste, this restaurant is actually quite good and of good quality, but in terms of service to consumers it seems this is where one of my worst experiences in tasting culinary dishes.
Lack of ethics in serving customers who could be in a condition that really needs further information & interaction makes my appetite & family a little disturbed.
Hopefully this criticism can be heard & used as input to take corrective steps in the future.

The place is comfortable, the food is delicious, especially the Acehnese noodles are great and the prices are affordable ... anyway

Ini Mie Aceh paling enak yg pernah aku rasakan di Citra Raya, apalagi Mie Aceh rebusnya, tapi aku agak kecewa dengan porsi martabak telor special, beli di grabfood 39rb, yg dateng ternyata dikit banget, sempet bingung apakah salah masukin atau gimana, dan gak dikasi kari juga, padahal gambarnya ada karinya, pantesan rating di grabfood cuma 4,3, padahal rasanya enak..
Honestly ... This is the best Aceh Noodle I've ever tasted at Citra Raya, especially the boiled Aceh Noodle, but I was a little disappointed with the special egg martabak portion, bought it at 39k grabfood, it turned out to be really small, I was confused about whether to enter it wrong or what, and I didn't give it a curry either, even though the image has curry, the rating on Grabfood is only 4.3, even though it tastes good ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya sebagai driver Go-Jek....merasa sangat dirugikan. saya 2 kali dapat komplain dari customer saya. Makanan yg dibuat bisa salah bikin. Kami driver ga mungkin bongkar makanan. Sebelum kami ambil makanan...pasti kami konfirmasi dulu ke resto... apakah sudah sesuai?...jawabnya pasti udah. nyatanya seperti ini.
I as a Go-Jek driver.... feel very disadvantaged. I got 2 complaints from my customers. The food that is made can be wrong. We drivers can't unload food. Before we take the food ... we must first confirm with the restaurant ... is it appropriate? ... the answer must be yes. in fact like this.
