Ada parkir motor, setiap kamar ada TV dan Lemari Es, ada meja belajar, AC, lemari pakaian, free Gym, cleaning service kamar dan sprei diganti seminggu sekali, ada dapur dengan segala fasilitasnya (gratis), dan tentunya include listrik. Benefit/costnya jauh banyak benefit dengan harga yg terhitung murah utk fasilitas2 tersebut. Kalau butuh air galon, tinggal ke lt.1 krn bapak kost jual refill/baru air galon, nanti diantar ke kamar. Cuman gymnya perlu diperbarui lagi alat2nya.
Lokasi sangat strategis krn persis disebelah Lippo Kramatjati, dekat PGC, dan sebelah Masjid persis. Yang jualan makanan juga banyak di depan kos. Mau ke Halim sangat dekat, mau ke Soetta bisa naik bis Agramas dari PGC langsung ke Soetta.
Mantap
Boarding is ruled. There is a motorbike parking lot, each room has a TV and fridge, there are study tables, air conditioners, wardrobes, free gym, room cleaning service and bed linen are changed once a week, there is a kitchen with all amenities (free), and of course includes electricity. The benefits / costs are far a lot of benefits with a comparatively cheap price for these facilities. If you need gallon water, just go to lt.1 because the boarding house sells refill / new gallon water, then transfer to the room. Only the gym needs to be updated again.
The location is very strategic right next to Lippo Kramatjati, near the PGC, and next to the mosque exactly. There are also many who sell food in front of the boarding house. Want to get to Halim very close, going to Soetta can take the Agramas bus from the PGC directly to Soetta.
