Berbagi pengalaman, saya membeli apartemen di metro, setelah 2 th lebih melakukan pembayaran, akhirnya saya mengembalikan apartemen yang saya pesan dikarenakan kondisi yang tidak memadai. Setelah diberikan bukti pengembalian unit, dan waktu berjalan 6 bulan, uang yang saya setorkan belum di kembalikan. Padahal uang panjar, akan hilang dan uang dp akan di potong 50% oleh management metro ( ketentuan dari management). Dan sampai saat ini saya hanya dapat kata akan " diusahakan" ( bu fitri). Ini dimana kewajiban pihak metro galaxy apartemen ini?

Sharing experiences, I bought an apartment in the metro, after more than 2 years of making payments, I finally returned the apartment that I ordered due to inadequate conditions. After being given proof of returning the unit, and the running time of 6 months, the money I deposited has not been returned. Even though the down payment will be lost and the dp money will be deducted 50% by metro management (a provision from management). And until now I only got the word "sought" (bu fitri). This is where the metro galaxy apartment's obligations are?
