★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of biggest residential areas inside Cibitung. Have network for TOD (Transit Oriented Development). With more than 400Ha areas. It connected with Commuter Train Station. And will develop many facility inside(Shopping Mall, Hospital, School, Waterpark, Ability Hub, etc). Currently still under 50% development. Inside was very clean and well plan structured location for residential.
Unfortunately for now the access was very bad, small road is very traffic jam when train passes. They promises to build new access underpass but the construction still not start. Please consider the access when you visit & invest this residential area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The road is wide, clean, and tidy. Abundant greenery, it made the air fresh. Overall, it's a beautiful neighborhood. Would be better if only the phone signal is good.
