Barang masih tersegel namun ketika dibuka mengalami cacat sedikit sekali di pojokan, walau tidak terlalu mencolok namun kami merasa ada yang kurang dengan barang baru kami (ini bukan kesalahan toko) maka kami ajukan claim ke Om Ranger
.
2. Respon claim baik dan membantu kami claim barang ke pabrik

Tidak sampai 2x24 jam barang yang di claim dikirim ke toko

Seketika dari toko dikirim ke rumah pada waktu malam
