★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the facilities for this place is the worst. They are have 5 lift, but we can use 4 lift. Urgggh the queueing for lift is never ending. For other facilities like toilet, parking, wifi and AC i think need improvement to making mercubuana as a better place with good facilities.
