★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fraudulent & bad service. The sales does not keep promise. Advertised using colliers as management/ operator but decided to use other local company instead. Bank funding only limited to one bank and many banks blacklisted the project. Promised rental income can be as high as $2000 a month for the one bedroom + one den. But in actual only less than $700 and hard to rent. Avoid at all cost.
