★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office tower. I often come to Bank BCA here, the biggest BCA branch in Kelapa Gading. This place used to be connected to La Piazza and Mal Kelapa Gading via 'skybridge'... but too bad, now the bridge is no more, because there will be a LRT in between, so the bridge was removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has a strategic location in the center of Kelapa Gading area. There are several companies inside including BCA and Permata bank. The good thing is you can drop passengers at the lobby without having to pay parking fee. An air conditioned musholla is on the basement floor including the toilet in case you need it after 8 pm.
There used to be a crossing bridge from this building to La Piazza shopping center but it no longer exists now due to the construction of LRT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and good behaviour Securities, Tellers, Customer Services, supervisors, the head units, operation head, marketing head, most of all the head of the main branch.
Theirs operation time, follows the government regulation, in pandemic situation they change operation time from 8.15 to 15.00 to 8.15 to 14.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BCA is easy to get in and out of. Orderly system. A bit slow service. Normal for banks in Kelapa Gading. Parking is easy. Wire transfer was processed in 30 minutes with form filled out before entering bank.
