★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a client here for our office interior design & furniture. To reach here is quite tricky. If you're coming from Cawang, the building is on your left after passing Menara Saidah. Just drive it slow and look for a left turn after. If you're coming from Semanggi/ Pancoran you could use an underpass u turn on Cawang Station (close during 3 in 1 hours)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is an office area that is owned and managed by PT. Graha Menara Hijau. Located at Jl. Lt. Gen. M.T. Haryono, located in the Pancoran area, South Jakarta. Its strategic position in the middle of a busy area of Jakarta makes this office building accessible from various directions, namely from Jl. Jenderal Gatot Subroto, Jl. Dewi Sartika, Jl. Otto Iskandardinata, Jl. Pasar Minggu and Jl. Dr. Soepomo. This building has a building area of 12,600 square meters consisting of 14 floors. Each floor is connected with 4 passenger lifts and 1 service elevator. On each floor office units are rented out, with a monthly rental price of around Rp. 155,000 per square meter. The size varies, ranging from 44 to 800 square meters. The height of the 2.75 meter ceiling makes the office space to be comfortably occupied. There are 2 types of spaces that can be chosen, namely a room with a corner facing north or to the south.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near the main road, Cawang Cikoko Station, and LRT station, the location is quite tricky since you have to make a u-turn on your left due to LRT project and the road at the front of the building is too small that sometimes the traffic is stuck. The security and cafeteria staffs are friendly, the building is quite old and smells like cigarette in several floors. The toilet is quite clean but often smells like cigarette at the male toilet.
