★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The TLS people so nice , friendly and helpful. From the security until the epople in the office. Just don't like the waiting room because for smokers. Should make the waiting room for non smokers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there to get biometric process. The office is huge, the staffs are friendly, and the service is fast. In the building there is also Delico cafe to take breakfast or lunch with complete menus. Yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and calm building. Old building but well maintenance, many public places. Security is not tight. Friday pray and musholla is on 1st basement, motorcycle park mostly are on the outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet building and not really well maintained after the last visit in 2018. Seems pandemic has changed so many things. Been here for visa application and saw few people in and out more for the visa applications.
