★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aksesnya terlalu jauh dari jalan raya, tapi masih bisa dijangkau dengan kendaraan. Banyak truk, kondisi jalan agak rusak.
Suasana kantor tidak terlalu moderen jika tampak dari luar, namun didalam nyaman.
Manajemennya terbilang kurang dikarenakan sering terjadi pergantian staff dan level manajer. Kurang responsif dikala ada trouble. Tapi okelah.
Gaji untuk buruh sudah sesuai standard regional. Hanya sistem penggantian jam kerja saja perlu diperhatikan lagi.
Untuk level staff keatas, sepertinya agak sulit jika melamar melalui Jobstreet, jika saja anda memiliki relasi di dalam, barulah anda bisa masuk dengan mudah.. no offense, masih banyak nepotisme, tidak sportif.
Access is too far from the highway, but can still be reached by vehicle. Many trucks, the road conditions are somewhat damaged.
The office atmosphere is not too modern if it looks from the outside, but inside is comfortable.
The management is less due to frequent staff changes and manager level. Less responsive when there is trouble. But ok.
Salaries for workers are in accordance with regional standards. Only the system of changing hours of work needs to be considered again.
For the staff level up, it seems rather difficult if applying through Jobstreet, if only you have a relationship inside, then you can enter easily ... no offense, there is still a lot of nepotism, unsportsmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu perusahaan besar yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur terutama furniture.
Tempatnya cukup luas. Terdapat office, warehouse, dan juga plant produksi yang berada didalam satu lingkungan dan juga kantin karyawan. Didepan pintu gerbang masuk perusahaan ada pos security. Tidak jauh dari pos security ada mushola untuk pria dan wanita.
Di officenya sendiri terdapat playroom yang bisa digunakan untuk karaoke dan bermain game. Juga untuk tempat tempat kumpul karyawan di jam makan siang untuk yg tidak ingin makan diluar.
Diluar dari office dan berada di sebelah kantin ada semacam tempat duduk santai yang berada disekeliling pohon rindang yang bisa digunakan untuk merokok.

The place is quite wide. There are offices, warehouses, as well as production plants located in one neighborhood and also an employee canteen. In front of the company entrance gate there is a security post. Not far from the security post there is a prayer room for men and women.
In the office itself, there is a playroom that can be used for karaoke and playing games. Also for a place where employees gather at lunchtime for those who don't want to eat out.
Outside of the office and next to the canteen, there is a kind of relaxing place to sit around a shady tree that can be used for smoking.
