Limited walk-in access from the main gate to the cluster gate. Sometime the walk in space (trotoar) was kind of abandoned, probably since the main developer was left years ago when they sold their marketing office to a private owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This housing complex is started back in time to 1983, originally named NUSA MELATI, of which the first building are located in an area known as Block D today.
New houses were built gradually forward approaching the main province road as Block C, B and SR.
Later the name change to Villa Melati Mas, then as the developer change, the name also change to become Melati Mas Residence until now.
The Villa Melati Mas statue, symbolized by two dancing Shrimps are still there on the entrance road junction just behind the MMR Board at the very front location adjacent to the Hypermart entrance.
Those rubber plantation that grew all around this complex does not exist anymore....they are gone...due to urban development.
..its 39 years already since the beginning...
