★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #LetsGuide. Town house ini kurang menarik. Lingkungan nya berkesan kotor, kumuh, tidak terawat. Jalan kesana sdh beraspal tapi sempit dan bukan jalan satu arah. Dalam town house sendiri jalannya sdh diaspal tapi sdh rusak.
#LetsGuide. This town house is less attractive. The environment is dirty, dirty, poorly maintained. The road is paved but it's narrow and not a one-way street. In the town house itself, the road has been paved but has been damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus...cukup nyaman untuk kelas claster,selain dekat dg akses yg menuju ke pusat kota melati resident jg dekat dg kebun binatang ragunan dan acses ke jalur transjakarta dekeat serta bbrp moll jd dekat.
Good ... quite convenient for the cluster class, besides being close to access to the city center of the resident jasmine also close to the dwarf zoo and access to the Transjakarta dekeat lane and several molls so close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi dekat tb Simatupang. Udara masih segar..dekat ragunan lagi. Jalan kecil ga usah dipikirin. Jakarta ga ada yg ga macet. Jagakarsa jalanan banyak yg kecil
The location is near tb Simatupang. The air is still fresh ... near the ragunan again. You don't need to think about the small road. Jakarta doesn't have traffic jams. Take care of many small streets
