 I don't recommend leasing... it's been +- 3 years paying installments, now it's only 2 days late, the collectors are annoying... leasing is really scary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telpon di website ga diangkat2, mau ganti alamat STNK bingung, keliatan kayak ga ngerti cara ngurusnya, pas komplain malah dimarahin balik dan diabaikan sama pegawai cabang MCF Fatmawati. Kalau ada leasing lain, ga rekomen ke sini.
The phone calls on the website are not picked up, want to change the STNK address, are confused, look like they don't know how to handle it, when they complain, they are scolded back and ignored by MCF Fatmawati branch employees. If there are other leases, I don't recommend coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngga mau lagi pakai MCF/MAF. Pembayarannya ngga terlalu mudah. Beberapa kali mau bayar pakai bank bank besar gagal terus. Trus yang paling luar biasa adalah komunikasinya yang tidak ada. Mau tanya saldo berulang kali ngga pernah bisa. Call centre nya, telp cabangnya ngga pernah bisa. Ngga professional....
I don't want to use MCF/MAF anymore. Paying is not that easy. Several times trying to pay using the big banks failed. But what's most remarkable is the lack of communication. Want to ask the balance repeatedly, never can. The call center, the branch calls can never work. Not professional....
