Puas banget sama tindakan dokternya, telaten dan detail banget ?, terapis nya juga baik dan telaten ngilangin komedo jerawatnya karna yg mengerjakan seorang bidan jadi ga kawatir deh ? . Kurangnya hanya pada bagian resepsionis yg terlihat kurang rapi dan semoga bisa lebih ramah lg..

dokternya ramah ..terapisnya ramah dan telaten cuman untuk kedepannya minta tolong ada katalog perawatan dimeja depan maksudnya bisa tanya2 dulu sebelum ketemu dokter sekalian sama sesuaikan budget kita?

Dokter tidak standby jadi harus reservasi dlu klo mau treatment gak bisa sewaktu2 datang, udah jauh2 masih harus nunggu lama buat tindakan minta treatment A tapi tetep upsell treatment lain karna kesel yaudah lah ambil aja udah kesel jg udah mau cancel tp dokternya sampe Pas dateng jg udah nunggu 15min karna gak ada orang yg jaga???

Pertama kali ke sini sempat bingung. Sempat mbak mbak yang di bagian reception kayak kurang menyambut gitu. Dan mbak nya *maaf* tampak kucel dan tidak pakai seragam, jadi saya sempat ragu dia receptionist nya arau bukan. Karena fia posisinya juga tidak sedang duduk tapi kesana kemari. Dan pas udah daftar, mbaknya tidak menjelaskan prosedurnya gimana untuk member baru, misal konsul dokter dulu atau bagaimana. Aku sengaja gak nanya, pengen tahu apakah si mbaknya bakal njelasin apa enggak. Karena udah kelamaan nunggu dan kepo akhirnya aku duluan yang tanya, baru deh dijelasin. Di meja receptionist tidak ada katalog jenis2 perawatannya. Padahal kan kalo ada bisa pilih2 dan sambil tanya2 meskipun belum konsul dokter. Memang si katanya di sini tu setiap berkunjung harus konsul dokter dulu, dan di ruang dokter itulah baru disiguhin katalog jenis2 perawatannya. Tempatnya si nyaman, ramai akan hiasan, termasuk di ruang facialnya. Dan ternyata mbak mbak yang di receptionist itu adalah terapisnya. Jadi rada bingung, apa karyawannya merangkap dua fungsi arau bagaimana. Untuk hasilnya bagus2 aja di mukaku. Ada rencana untuk coba lagi sih.
