β β β β β pelayanan kurang baik, ketemu dokter yg asal2an. ditanya2 diksh resep, jawaban terkesan sesuka dokter. tp ada jg sih dokter yg baik disitu
service is not good, met a careless doctor. asked by the doctor's prescription, the answer seemed to be the doctor's preference. but there is also a good doctor there

β β β β β Pantes...peserta BPJS lebih memilih Puskesmas Faskes 1 dari pada klinik,,,
Disini sy merasa kecewa, awalnya Faskes sy di klinik media Farma pondok cabe, trus sy pindahkan kesini, karena sy lihat ratingnya bagus,,ternyata kenyataannya pahit... menggunakan bpjs kelas 2, dan disini harga obat yg 20rb saja harus ditebus, karena tidak di cover sama bpjs, yg dicover hanya obat yg generik saja, sedangkan di klinik media Farma, orang USG saja di cover sama bpjs.
Dan saya harus menunggu selama 3 bulan lg supaya bisa pindah faske ke tempat lain...
Bukankah yg kerjasama bpjs itu seharusnya terakreditasi???? Sy ragu dg klinik ini.
No wonder ... BPJS participants prefer Health Center 1 Health Centers to clinics ...
I feel disappointed here, at first the Health Faculty at the Farma Pondok Chili media clinic, then I moved here, because I saw that the rating was good ,, it turned out that it was bitter ... using class 2 BPJS, and here the price of the drug which was 20 thousand had to be redeemed, because it didn't in the same cover as BPJS, what is covered is only generic drugs, whereas in the Farma media clinic, USG people are covered in the same as BPJS.
And I have to wait for another 3 months so I can move to another place ...
Shouldn't the collaboration of the BPJS be accredited ???? I'm doubtful about this clinic.

β β β β β Pasien BPJS sampai jam 18.00 gabisa katanya padahal saya dateng msh 17.30 msh ad waktu 30 mnt tp ga dilayani hanya yg umum saja ? padahal saya lagi butuh bgt surat rujukan sedih bgt ya pasien BPJS jg manusia kok hhu
BPJS patients until 18.00 can't say anything even though I came at 17.30 there's still 30 minutes but I'm not served only the general ones even though I still need a referral letter, it's really sad that BPJS patients are humans too, hhu

β β β β β Anak sy pasien baru di klinik tersebut dan banyak orang yg merekomendasikan klinik tersebut ,.dan setelah mendaftar priksa dokter ,dokternya lagi telp telpn tp sy sudah dipanggil alhasil dengar percakapannya,. Sampai selesai ..baru tanya jawab dengan sy mengenai keluhaan anak sy,.tanpa ada pemeriksaan chek suhu,timbang BB anak,dan tanpa teleskop itu tidak dipriksa tbtb lgsg dikasih resep obat,sy bertanya "anak sy gak dipriksa dulu dok?" "Gapapa bu biasa itu mah" kata dokternya begitu ,. Yaaampun sy salah klinim apa salah dokternyaa,. Padahal yg saya tau,selama pandemi harus chek suhu,cuci tangan dan pakai masker,.ini klinik lhoo ,.

β β β β β Tolong diperbaiki kembali layanan untuk yg BPJS. Kalau belum siap dengan BPJS, mending gausah sekalian menerima BPJS
Please repair the service for the BPJS. If you are not ready with BPJS, it's better to not accept BPJS at all
