★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had time to hang out in front of this Mc'D, before leaving for the summit to travel with friends from the office. It turns out that the table in front of Mc'D here is quite comfortable for breakfast and hangout for a while. The place is quite clean, the service is friendly, the parking is spacious, and health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic are very much implemented. Customers are not allowed to enter unless wearing a mask. For delivery orders, this Mc'D collaborates with various online motorcycle taxis. Fast, concise, accurate and definitely delicious. McD's like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to fast-food chain place when visiting Tambun. Its place was so strategically located at the entrance of Grand Wisata and so close to Tol gate. At this pandemic time, I suggest you take a drive-through instead of dine-in because there are so many restrictions. Better eat at your car than getting covid tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst McDonald's in town, the security guard is very unfriendly. It was December 10th at 08.50 PM and I politely asked him, "at what time will McDonald's close?" He directed me straight to the exit WITHOUT answering my question and thanking me for coming. Yes, I know since PPKM have been implemented, generally all restaurants should close early. But I'm just curious about the exact time, there should be no problem with that. Then I asked him again, "why are there still people eating inside?" Then he answered with his LOUD tone and UNFRIENDLY face, "yes sir soon I will lock this exit door from the inside." Honestly, I'm very offended by his attitude. Health protocols here are strictly maintained by requiring customers to scan Peduli Lindungi barcode or showing a certificate of vaccination, which is a good thing. However, I saw that many people have difficulty scanning because the barcode has an ERROR. Management should have responded immediately. In conclusion, this shows that the management is POORLY trained and arrogant. I have visited this McDonald's many times over the years, and it's my first time eating dine-in since the pandemic. It's so sad something like this makes me don't want to go back again. I hope that in the future everything can be solved and improved.
