★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service shown by McD citra 7. Long queue caused by one car transaction in front of us. We did not know what went wrong. No McD staff approached our car and explained what was going on !! 15 to 20 minutes waiting only for one car transaction. Later we found out that BCA card could not be used due to technical problem. But the staff should tell us about this and not letting us waiting without knowing the BCA problem. And in the end we still could do the transaction using BCA debit card and certainly without the promotion.....
