★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya nyaman. Design simple elegant. Warga sekitar juga welcome terhadap pendatang. Namun sayangnya, perlu edukasi perangkat daerah sekitar supaya warganya tidak lagi melakukan pembakaran sampah organik yg mengganggu pernapasan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una zona muy tranquila, por la noche solo se oyen los grillos, las casas están muy bien cuidadas , recién construidas, sin goteras, el agua del grifo esta limpia, diría yo que es potable pero no lo se, agua de pozo con bomba eléctrica, alcantarillado de las casas es bueno, no se inunda, hay acceso a fibra óptica, no hay apagones de luz, muy pocos mosquitos por qué la temperatura es más baja que en el centro de la ciudad, es un buen sitio para vivir y limpio, la recogida de basura a diario por una persona (RP 50.000 al mes)
