Jasa dalam masa waranty tetap bayar.
Warranty hanya 3 tahun itupun tidak full.
Teknisi lambat datang bisa lebih dari 1 minggu.
After sale is weak, the warranty must be clear what is guaranteed, because it is not covered at all.
Services within the warranty period still pay.
The warranty is only 3 years and it is not full.
Slow coming technicians can be more than 1 week.

Saya ada pakai mesin stag Maytag dan bermasalah dengan drum, dikatakan teknisi harus diganti, TAPI SUDAH 3 BULAN LEBIH tidak ada kejelasan, selalu dikatakan tidak ada barang, barang sedang dikirim, belum sampai, tidak ada barang.. terus seperti itu sampai mesin yang saya gunakan sekarang tidak bisa digunakan lagi dan itu MERUGIKAN! TLP KANTORNYA SUSAH! Selalu sibuk seperti tlp rusak, tanya ke teknisi juga tidak bisa jawab. Memang merek dan mesinnya bagus, tapi kalau distributornya seperti ini, seperti tidak pakai merek bagus, kalau ga sanggup kasih garansi ya jangan kasih garansi! Percuma ada garansi tapi tidak ada kejelasannya! SANGAT PAYAH!!! SANGAT PAYAH!

I have used the Maytag stag machine and had a problem with the drum, said the technician must be replaced, BUT ALREADY 3 MONTHS there was no clarity, it was always said there were no goods, the goods were being sent, not yet arrived, there were no items .. continued like that until the machine that I use it now it can't be used anymore and it DOES NOTHING! TLP OFFICE IS HARD! Always busy like a broken phone, ask the technician also can not answer. Indeed, the brand and the engine are good, but if the distributor is like this, like not using a good brand, if you cannot provide a warranty, don't give a guarantee! There is no guarantee but no clarity! VERY TRUE !!! VERY LOOK!

After sales nya perlu diperbaiki lagi. Kalau ada mesin yg rusak, bbrp kali dari pengalaman saya, teknisi tidak langsung datang untuk perbaiki. Bisa nunggu sampai berhari2, itupun kita harus terus kontak buat ngingetin dan minta dijadwalin spy teknisi datang.
Bisnis kan jalan terus, customer datang terus..kalau mesin nya rusak dan harus diperbaiki tapi teknisi nya lama datang nya, alhasil produksi juga terganggu dan customer bisa complain..
Harapannya, marketing produk dibarengi dg aftersales yg keren..
So sorry to give only 1 star for this company ..
The after sales need to be improved again. If there is a broken machine, several times from my experience, the technician doesn't come right away to fix it. We can wait for days, and even then we have to keep in touch to remind us and ask to schedule a spy technician to come.
Business keeps on going, customers keep coming ... if the machine is broken and it has to be repaired but the technician is taking a long time to come, as a result production is also disrupted and customers can complain
Hopefully, product marketing will be accompanied by cool aftersales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo mau service lama banget. Untuk usaha, mesin rusak 1 hari aja cucian bisa numpuk susah kejarnya. Ini bisa berminggu2 buat servicenya. Kebayang ga kalo beli mesin di sini terus rusak pas lagi banyak cucian??
Tolong diperhatikan after salesnya, mungkin perlu tambah teknisi.
Apalagi ini sekarang ada 2 mesin yg rusak, bener2 sangat menyulitkan.
Sebelumnya bahkan pernah sampai 4 minggu ga datang2, kalo ditanya besok dtg, eh besoknya jawab besok lagi ?

Please pay attention to the after sales, maybe you need to add a technician.
Moreover, now there are 2 machines that are broken, it's really very difficult.
Previously, I didn't even come for 4 weeks, if asked tomorrow, uh the next day answer again tomorrow ?
