I was asked to give the review at the shop coz the hairdresser asked whether i had reviewed them, so i reviewed 5 star coz of the friendly service n cozy place but after my hair colored, it wasnt as i expected. I was confused bcos from front look it was okay but from the back is like not blending at all..its wasnt balayage, it was like upper head one color while down is different color. I regreted the result after i look again when i reached home. I changed my review. I wanted to come back n complained but i fear more damage will come. Thanks anyway for the friendly service

The hair ironing result is great. The price is very ok. The location is relatively close to campus. They also have make up artist service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place with reasonable price for beauty services, it's women only. Should better improve their punctuality when customers have already booked an appointment. Location is not on main road, parking space is not very wide for cars.
Overall, I would still recommend this place to women who want beauty services with middle to low budget.

My name is Airindya Bella, from Jakarta. I am pleased to know that Maylinda salon have various treatments with affordable price. This Tuesday (March 29, 2022), I had booked for smoothing keratin treatment for my hair. I reached the destination just before the booking time.
That moment, the staff prepared the salon and cleaned it well. It was an A+ from me!
However, I was much disappointed to know that my hair can not be treated, because it was bleached and colored. I totally appreciate the staffs intention, they suggested it to protect my hair from further damaged.
*Nevertheless, I was crushed inside, beacuse I had a long way from my hotel in Prawirataman to Condongcatur. It took 30 minutes for one way, so I had 1 hour wasted for the round-trip only to know my hair can not be treated. All I could think about was 'why don't you ask me first -about my hair condition via WA-, so I do not have to take a very very long trip in such a sunny day..UGH I want to explode!!!!'*
I thanked the staff at the front desk, she recommended other similar treatment, there are keratin infused and keratin collagen. Keratin infused does not change the form and texture of hair. Meanwhile, keratin collagen does, but it was not available by that time.
The bottom line:
- You can make a WA-message-tempalate for further costumers before they book any smoothing treatment. The message could be about how their hair's condition, hair treatment history (colored, bleached). Moreover, you can request the picture of their current hair condition. Then you can evaluate whether they can take any smoothing treatments or not.
- Handle upset costumer with little bit of surprise or appreciation gift, just as simple as giving them a glass of mineral water (only to calm them down). You can also give them 3-5% off for others treatment. Belive it or not, this tiny gift can make a whole impact.
As someone who also works at health, beauty, and wellness service, I do not want to ruin your business by giving low-middle stars when I did not have a chance to experience any treatment here.
Hope you might concider better improvement from such event.
