★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terburuk yg pernah ada. Petugas teller hanya ada 1 org. Hr jumat saya dtg kesana jam 2 siang dgn antrian di depan saya hanya 5 org dan saya ngantri berdiri selama 40 menit, tidak ada bangku antrian tidak ada nomor antrian seolah olah dipaksa hrs antri berdiri. TIDAK MENGHARGAI NASABAHNYA SENDIRI. Petugas teller melayani nasabah dgn duduk. Lalu mengapa nasabah berdiri apakah berbeda derajatnya? Jika sama hrsnya petugas teller pun berdiri spt nasabahnya jika petugas duduk hrsnya nasabahpun ikut duduk. Ini yg namanya MEMANUSIAKAN MANUSIA.
The worst service ever. The teller officer is only 1 person. On Friday I arrived there at 2:00 a.m. with a queue in front of me, only 5 people and I waited for 40 minutes, there was no queue, there was no queue number as if forced to stand in line. DO NOT APPRECIATE OWN CUSTOMERS. The teller officer serves the customer by sitting. Then why do customers stand different degrees? If the teller is the same as the customer, if the officer sits, the customer must sit. This is what is called HUMAN HUMAN.
