Di maybank alsut di sambut satpam yg super jutek n ngmgnya kyk pake TOA kasar dan keras nadanya tdk ada sopan santun. Knp ga bs spt finance sebelah B-- yg super duper ramah bgt. Tlg lain kali para security inj di traning dl biar jaga sopan santu terhadap debitur maupun orf lain.
Maybank finance center never picks up the phone, has moved to ALUT without notification. At Maybank Alsut, the security guard who is super rude is welcomed and it looks like he uses a rough and loud TOA, the tone is not polite. Why can't it be like finance next to B-- the super duper friendly one. Please next time the security guards are trained in the dl so they can maintain good manners towards debtors and other orfs.
