★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is actually one of my favourite hair salon in town. Most of times I have good experiences. Great hair stylists, friendly crews, comfortable place and easy to access location.
However one particular receptionist (wiwi) yes I put a name with a hope that this will be an input to her.
I ask for a particular hair dresser, which has not arrived yet. She asked me to wait for half an hour which I willingly do while scrolling the mall. After exact half an hour I come back. Not only she doesn't recognize me and ask for a payment from me ?. When I ask for the same hair dresser. She left me hanging on the front desk without exact information what will happen next. After I press her for more information, she admits that the particular hair dresser hasn't arrived yet and started giving excuses why she left me hanging for so long.
Dear ms wiwi, it's okay to reject a customer politely instead of leave me hanging on the front desk not knowing whether i should leave or wait for another hour. And please don't give me empty excuses. Better to directly apologize. Honestly I wouldn't say this in an open internet portal. If you have a better attitude in accepting critism. Hope this will be an input for you dear.
