Harga di spanduk pintu masuk 15rb per 5kg, Ternyata berbeda, jadi 20 rb per 5 kg... Selisih 5000 cuuyyy.. (PENIPU...!!! )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk karyawan laki2 nya manner nya tidak ada . Berbicara dengan customer tidak sopan . Di tegur bukannya minta maaf malah, nantangin kalau mau complaint silahkan.
For male employees, the manner is absent. Talking to customers is rude. In reprimand instead of apologizing instead, challenge if you want a complaint please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to send my laundry here, the service was fine until 3 days ago, i found there was rude front keeper (man). I just know that he is new, the previous keeper had good service and say the estimate time laundy could be picked up and said thank you after i send the laundry.
I was told by this new keeper that my laundy will be finished 3 days later and when i came back my laundy still on the place and didnt even touched it.
the new keeper attitude was extra! doing video call with her gf and set up annoying face when customer come as if im disturb his enjoy time.
congrats you just lost one customer :)
