Severe. Laundry, I was taken by someone else. Already a week there's no news. I called the laundry person also wasn't appointed. Whatsapp isn't answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam tutup berubah tanpa ada pemberitahuan ke pihak konsumen, sangat merugikan saya yang besok harus mudik namun pakaian saya semuanya masih di maxpress.
The closing time changes without any notice to the consumer, it is very detrimental to me that tomorrow will have to go home but my clothes are all still at maxpress.

Pelayanannya tidak profesional.
Khusus buat pengendara mobil, sangat tidak disarankan ke sini karena Anda akan sulit untuk parkir dan bermanuver (lokasinya tepat di pertigaan jalan).

Unprofessional service.
Especially for car drivers, it is not recommended to come here because you will find it difficult to park and maneuver (the location is right at the junction of the road).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaat baju kena banjir dan sudah terendam 2 hari, tapi cuci disini alhamdulillah cucian saya jadi wangi, bersih, yang tadinya ada noda kelunturan pun hilang. Padahal laundrynya ramai, tapi tetap terima cuci dan setrika dalam 1 hari. Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, yang lebih senangnya lagi cucian saya semuanya kembali, sesuai kata karyawannya bahwa cucinya benar-benar dipisah. Terima kasih :)
When the clothes were flooded and had been submerged for 2 days, but washing here, thank God my laundry became fragrant, clean, which had a stain that had disappeared. Even though the laundry is crowded, but still receive washing and iron in 1 day. The service was very satisfying, the happier thing was that my laundry was all returned, according to the employees said that the washing was really separated. Thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya meminta layanan self service yang lebih murah. Pengelola dan pekerjanya tidak membedakan layanan self service dengan layanan lengkap. Bahkan saya ditawari untuk tidak perlu menunggu, mereka akan membantu saya untuk memindahkan cucian ke mesin pengeringan dan juga mengeluarkannya kalau sudah kering.
I request a cheaper self-service service. Managers and workers do not differentiate between self service and full service. Even I was offered not to have to wait, they would help me to move the laundry to the drying machine and also take it out when it was dry.
