★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini adalah sebuah bengkel resmi motor Yamaha yang terletak di ruko Graha Raya. Saya sering kesini karena dekat dengan kediaman saya. Pegawainya ramah, jelih, kadang ramai sekali.. Tapi saat ppkm cukup sepi pelanggan, sehingga kalu ada order cepat dikerjakan. Kalau anda hanya mau ganti oli saja, bisa langsung dikerjakan.
 This is an official Yamaha motorcycle repair shop located at the Graha Raya shophouse. I often come here because it is close to my house. The staff is friendly, observant, sometimes very busy.. But during PPKM, customers are quite quiet, so if there is an order, it is done quickly. If you just want to change the oil, you can do it right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman servis Lexi di sini kurang lah. Poin plusnya Kasirnya ramah bagnet, tempat tunggunya standar. Untuk harga sepertinya standar untuk bengkel resmi, saya ganti oli mesin dan oli gardan (71.000 + 21.000). mungkin yang kurang menurut saya adalah salah satu montirnya yg servis motor saya. Kalo ditanya tidak begitu responsif, jawabannya sekedar menjawab saja tidak menjelaskan detil (sangat disayangkan untuk bengkel resmi). walaupun kerjaanya sesuai request (servis ringan) tp tidak ada extra service yang tidak begitu berat workloadnya. saya tidak melihat dia test suspensi motor saya seperti mekanik lain. Ban motor tdk diisi angin (mekanik lain mengisi, bengkel merk lain selalu mengisi). saya juga tidak melihat Lexi saya ditest menggunakan komputer padahal lagi lagi mekanik lainnya melakukan pengecekan itu dan sebelumnya di bengkel yamaha yg lain. rem belakang juga tidak dikencangkan. dibawa test ride oleh mekanik jaraknya dikit banget. Overall pelayanan seperti bengkel biasa bukan bengkel resmi. mungkin akan balik lagi servis di sini kalau kepepet.
Lexi's service experience here is lacking. The plus point is the cashier is bagnet friendly, the waiting area is standard. For the price it seems standard for an official workshop, I changed engine oil and axle oil (71,000 + 21,000). maybe what is lacking in my opinion is one of the mechanics who service my motorbike. If asked not very responsive, the answer is just to answer it doesn't explain in detail (very unfortunate for an official workshop). although the work is on request (light service) but there is no extra service that is not so heavy in workload. I didn't see him test my bike's suspension like other mechanics. Motorcycle tires are not inflated (other mechanics fill, other brand repair shops always fill). I also didn't see my Lexi being tested using a computer even though another mechanic was checking it and previously at another Yamaha workshop. the rear brake is also not tightened. brought on a test ride by a mechanic the distance is really small. Overall service is like an ordinary workshop, not an official workshop. maybe I'll be back to serve here again if I'm in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel langganan setiap nmax tua saya...mekaniknya udah hapal sama ntu motor...jadi pwlayanan cepat dan oke...kasir nya juga udah improve jauh banget...dah hapal oli...harga...spare part...estimasi selesai...keren dah....dan asyiknya cuman 2 menit dari rumah ...
My old NMAX subscription workshop...the mechanic already knows the motor by heart...so the service is fast and okay...the cashier has also improved a lot...has memorized the oil...price...spare parts... The estimate is complete...it's cool....and the fun thing is that it's only 2 minutes from home...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah sering service motor di sini... Mba mba kasir nya ASLI RAMAH nya gk dibuat buat... Trus tau banget kalau tidak semua customer bisa langsung bilang "yaudh ganti" kalau di suggest harus ganti spareparts gt...mudah mudah an di imbangi dengan kejujuran setiap mekanik nya agar customer tidak kecewa
I've often serviced the motorbike here... Ms. Ma'am, the cashier is ORIGINALLY FRIENDLY, it wasn't made for... Then I really know that not all customers can immediately say "yeah, replace" if it's suggested to replace spare parts gt... it's easy, easy. balance it with the honesty of each mechanic so that the customer is not disappointed
