No standard ... Each appartment have different equipments a.. so it's your luck what to find
No body there to take care about complains
Not every appartment is clean enough
Some appartment have ants or lezard and you have to fight the management to solve issues
After they receive money they don't allow you to change room even if it's disaster room
In General it's good but not the best .. it's you luck if you found a good appartment or bad one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 3 and a half months and had an amazing experience. The apartment unit was nice and comfortable and the staff are really helpful, polite, and friendly.
They have a cafe and a mini-market (don’t expect too much on the mini-market because it’s a really small one, but you can still buy basic necessities like rice, noodles, water, etc) on the ground floor so most basic necessities are accessible, it is also worth mentioning that the prices on the mini-market is cheaper than most Indomarets / Alfamarts. There’s a swimming pool in Alana Hotel that you can use. They also have a gym in the hotel area, but unfortunately the gym was closed due to the pandemic during my entire stay.
One major problem was the apartment unit did not have wifi so I had to use my own personal internet during my stay there. But they have free and fast internet on ground and lobby area, you can easily go down to one of those areas and use the wifi there.
Overall, I had an amazing experience during my stay and I would definitely recommend it.
