★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best value 2 star hotel in Jogjakarta. Location is very strategic, near to supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants and also one of the tourist street called Jl. Prawirotaman, where lots of western restaurants, cafes and bars are. Service is very friendly. I stayed in the superior room where it is very spacious, fully air conditioned. I had dinner in the hotel's restaurants and it is delicious. Swimming pool is olympic size swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with big swimmingpool. Friendly personal. Clean rooms. Only the breakfast is difficult. There is nobody and no food ready , so they bring the breakfast to your room. Very romantic eat at your room...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nicely located in city central. Very convenient to get to places. It's only 5mins away to Prawirataman Street where many restaurants and bars are. It has great swimming pool and nice large room. Great service from the staff as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Matahari hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its an ok place to stay if youre not planning to stay for long or if youre just looking for some place to sleep. its quite cheap too. theres a clean swimming pool and some meeting rooms and lounges. however, the rooms themselves are eh. its cool, but we didn't get a towel and the walls look dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying 3 days 2 night for community gathering in this hostel. This is one of the most welcomed hostel in Jogjakarta. The staffs are very much friendly and pleased to listen to our voice. Access is very much easy. Kiddos were having such as good time playing in the swimming pool as well as the adults. They have a comfortable meeting room to do your gathering or meeting. It is worth for your money. Make sure to do booking in advance because the hostel is often fully booked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard place, we know in this pandemic moment. It's pretty hard to maintenance room and public area tidiness. Also in some part area there are dirt. Hopefully in future time, hotel can improve in service
