β β β β β Saya cek ternyata ada juga yg komplen soal PELAYANAN TIDAK RAMAH, udah beberapa kali ke Massugi tp baru hari ini dilayani oleh pegawai laki yg badan nya pendek ngejawab dg jutek padahal sy udh ramah, lalu sy komplen ke pegawai laki2 yg badan nya lebih tinggi malah dia bilang "BOSS DI SINI JUGA JUTEK", tidak pantes sekali! Bila gak sanggup dengan sistem kerja nya atau gak suka dg boss nya yg menurut mereka jutek, jangan konsumen yg jd sasaran dijutekin lha, konsumen kan belanja itu bayar bukan minta gratisan! Toko besar tapi pelayanan sangat minus, semoga ada pembenahan di internal nya dehh!

If you can't afford the work system or don't like the boss, who they think is bad, don't be the target consumer, you pay for shopping, not asking for free! Big shop but very minus service, hopefully there will be improvements in the internal!

Tempat ini menyediakan berbagai perabotan rumah tangga seperti piring, gelas, teko, termos, jemuran, perabotan plastik dan lain-lain. Produk yang ditawarkan lengkap dan harga juga murah. Cocok untuk yang membutuhkan perlengkapan rumah tangga. Petugasnya banyak dan siap membantu dengan baik. Banyak yang review pelayanan buruk tapi menurut saya biasa saja sih. Tempat parkir mobil dan sepeda motor luas, mudah untuk parkir. Waktu pengalaman kesini tempatnya tidak ramai jadi tidak antre.

Ketika baru pindah, seneng banget nemu toko ini. Harga terjangkau, barang2 nya bagus2 berkualitas. Ada bebeberapa item lebih murah di toko ini dibanding di toserba lain/marketplace, seperti termos air panas

When I just moved in, I was so happy to find this shop. Affordable prices, good quality goods. There are some items that are cheaper in this shop than in other convenience stores/marketplaces, such as a hot water flask
