Kedisiplinan jaga jarak diterapkan dengan ketat, bahkan ketika mendirikan shalat Jumat berjamaah, para jamaahnya terpaksa sebagian harus menggelar sajadah di jalanan laiknya hari lebaran.
Selain tempat wudhu, sarana wastafel untuk cuci tangan juga dibangun secara permanen sehingga memudahkan para musafir mencuci pakai sabun terlebih dulu tanpa harus masuk ke area wudhu dahulu.
Ada yang baru di masjid ini. Setiap Ba'da Jumat mereka menggelar program Jumat Berkah. Program pembagian makanan gratis bagi warga yang usai menunaikan sholat Jumat.
Makanan yang dibagikan beragam. Ada nasi telur, nasi ayam KFC dan roti-rotian serta kurma maupun dodol. Minumannya lebih beragam lagi. Mulai dari teh kemasan, jus buah, susu ultra dan teh gelas seduhan.
