Dengan semangat kegotongroyongan masyarakat dan ulama disekitar masjid maka pada tanggal 20 Dzulhijjah 1418 H / 17 April 1998 M Maka masjid Jami’ Khairul Biqa diresmikan oleh tokoh Ualama yang menjabat sebagai Ketua MUI DKI Jakarta pada waktu itu yaitu Bpk. K.H.M. Syafi’i Adzamy.

With the spirit of mutual cooperation between the community and the ulama around the mosque, on 20 Dzulhijjah 1418 H / 17 April 1998 AD, the Jami 'Khairul Biqa mosque was inaugurated by the Ualama figure who served as the Chairman of MUI DKI Jakarta at that time, Bpk. K.H.M. Syafi'i Adzamy.
