Masjid ini terdiri dari 3 lantai. Lantai dasar untuk pengurus masjid dan tempat wudhu untuk perempuan. Lantai 2 untuk sholat perempuan. Di lantai 3, terdapat ruang wudhu pria dan ruang sholat utama.
Secara umum, tempat wudhu dan toilet relatif bersih.
