Masjid ini sedang melakukan renovasi. Sudah sejak beberapa tahun terakhir, mungkin sejak 2017 atau 2018 sudah mulai digulirkan kegiatan renovasi masjid ini.

Dulu masjid ini terdiri dari 1 lantai dan terdapat parkir sepeda motor cukup luas. Setelah adanya pembangunan jalan yang menghubungkan jalan magelang (daerah pasar kutu) dengan jalan monjali yang disambung dengan jembatan yang tembus kawasan universitas gadjah mada yogyakarta, sebagian digunakan untuk badan atau bahu jalan.

Sekarang masjid direnovasi menjadi 2 lantai tapi belum selesai. Bagi yang ingin mendonasikan sebagian harta untuk amal jariyah pembangunan masjid, silahkan datang langsung ke tkp.

Secara umum masjid ini rapi bersih, nyaman untuk beribadah, dan mudah dijangkau oleh orang yang sedang perjalanan.

This mosque used to consist of 1 floor and there is a motorcycle parking area is quite extensive. After the construction of the road that connects the Magelang road (the flea market area) with the monjali road that is connected by a translucent bridge in the Yogyakarta Gadjah Mada University area, part of it is used for the body or the shoulder of the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takmirnya baik banget (ramah dan friendly ke semua jamaah)!!! Tempat wudhunya bersih, disini kalau mau pinjem mukena buat cewe tenang aja. Sebab disini mukenanya sekali pakai ntar di laundry lagi. Wcnya juga bersih, cuma saklar lampu nya ga kelihatan ? disini gratis kopi teh dsb loh. Pokoknya masjid idaman mahasiswa. Oh iya, untuk sholat juga nyaman, lantainya bersih dan dingin & seger.
The takmir is really good (friendly and friendly to all pilgrims)!!! The ablution place is clean, here if you want to borrow a mukena for a girl, just calm down. Because here the mukena is disposable, then it's in the laundry again. The toilet is also clean, only the light switch is not visible here, coffee, tea, etc. is free. Anyway, the student's dream mosque. Oh yes, praying is also comfortable, the floor is clean and cold & fresh.
